I had a fantastic stay with great value for my money. The room was spacious and cozy, and the location next to the train station made exploring so easy, not to mention the staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast selection could benefit from better coffee options.

Honestly, the view from this hotel is very nice! I loved waking up to the sight of the Shinkansen trains zipping by and the city skyline. Plus, it's super convenient-just a short walk to the convention center and the station. The lobby area felt classy and spacious, and the staff were really friendly, which made my stay a bit more pleasant.

A fine sunrise experience
Woke up to watch the sunrise, the view was amazing. The staff allowed an early check-in, beyond appreciated. Definitely a nice stay!
The overall stay would have been better if I had access to the fitness room, an extra charge. It was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber.

We visited the nearby convention center and stadium, both just a short walk away. The location is super convenient, right by the bus stop and metro. The breakfast buffet was awesome too! You can't go wrong with this place for a group trip.
The only downside was that our room felt a bit dated and could use some updates. It wasn't a big deal for our short stay, but just something to consider.

great city view, convenient covered access, fantastic tower library
Temperature control in the room could use improvement!!! The leisure spa's closure was a disappointment!!! A free gym would really upgrade the hospitality experience here!!!

The hotel's direct access to the station and the spacious, clean rooms. It was such a treat to relax at a hotel with a great city view, especially from the 28th floor restaurant! Having a complimentary smartphone was a game changer for navigating the area too.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll from the Kokura Shinkansen station with a convenient covered walkway. The staff was friendly and spoke great English. Our room was spacious with a amazing view of Kitakyushu, and the breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety of options.
Parking fees were a bit high at 1500 yen per night.

Spacious and well-furnished rooms.
When we checked in, the valet parking was chaotic. It took way too long for our car, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. We weren't informed before arrival, and it opened the day after we left. The lighting in our room was also terrible.
